Mainstream NZ ‘health professionals’ are spookily saying that Vitamin D levels of 50 nmol/L of blood is the required level for good health at all ages. UK’s Dr David Grimes who is the essential pioneer of Vitamin D research, says that vitamin D levels of 100 to 150 nmol/L of blood is the required level for good health at all ages. 2 to 3 times the level currently being said by NZ health professionals. According to a 2009 NZ Adult Nutrition Survey, that would mean barely %2 of the NZ population have vitamin D at a level required for good health.
