Brilliant Tao - I can't wait to see these as paintings man. They should be produced to order - maybe something for the website?? It would be good to have some 'products' which we can sell, maybe.
I love the bog dots on these ones. There is something oddly "lunar" about them.
I feel like you have taken Warhol one step further... then there is Jasper John's flags? How do they interract with those. I am not saying they have to be related, but in terms of a historical discourse do you think there is any connection?
oh yeah for sure, I've been thinking about those two, but also David Hammons and Daniel Burren. I think they run the gauntlet, but it will be up to the public to say whether or not they will or not...
