Believe it or not, this happened to me. My Daughter was scheduled to have a tonsillectomy, cause that's what we do in this country, the night before, I do a little research online, immediately find a recent massive study involving a million people that showed " Adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy were associated with a 2- to 3-fold increase in diseases of the upper respiratory tract". I showed my Doctor, who is excellent, but didn't know of the study and luckily cancelled my daughters operation. Her swollen lymph nodes eventually went down, they're part of her immune system. I don't remember the studies findings being in the news paper or in the news at all. Did anyone else see it?
