"Thanks God for Barack Obama, when he signed the NDAA Section 1021,
where they repealed (removed from law) Habeas corpus, which means you
have the right to a speedy trial. All they have to do now is say you are
a terrorist and you don’t get a right to a trial, they can give you
indefinite detention. Let’s remember that Habeas corpus was in the Magna
Carta (Foundational Philosophy of law and individual rights document,
granting specified rights, powers, privileges, or functions from the
sovereign power of a state to an individual, corporation, city, or other
unit of local organization). So we are operating at a liberty view,
somewhere around the 11 hundreds (12th Century). That’s how far back
