I think the phrase “There is no ethical consumption under capitalism” should be changed to “there is no ethical production under capitalism”. Consumption puts the onus on those who are forced into the category of consumer, which we all are. The blame should be directed to those who own the means of production.

  Wells Tao sure, however it's not either/ or. It's a both situation, when socialist worker co-ops also are in the market place, technically you have a choice. Just really hard to see, visibly in the market place.

  Michael Hume Seth Bolshevick co-op does fine. Houmous is a bit slimy though, so I buy that from the exploitative imperialist pigs at Sainsbury.
